Apartment in Blackheath

This 3 bedroom apartment had not had any works carried out on it since it was built in the 1960's.  Although generally sound the services and interiors were typical of that period and a comprehensive refurbishment has been carried out.  

Kitchen, utility, bathroom and cloakroom were all redesigned and have been brought up to a high standard providing clean,  bright areas with plenty of storage

Floors throughout have been finished in Polyflor Camaro Parquet with an inset border.

The Shaker style kitchen is complemented with a Bushboard Omega laminate worksurface with matching upstands.

The bathroom has an AQualisa Visage digital shower and is finished with Roper Rhodes Vetro grey fitted furniture and sanitary ware

Redesign, plan and fit out en-suite and family bathroom. Bromley

New open plan kitchen

The project involved the removal of  structural walls and a chimney breast to provide a kitchen diner, removal and partial infilling of kitchen/garden door, removal and enlargement of the French door, with new aluminium double glazed modules in anthracite.  Raising the level of the kitchen floor to match the dining area, thermally insulating the floors, acoustic insulation to party walls and between ground and first floor.  A new cloakroom faciility has been introduced under the stairs. Flooring is Karndean Van Gogh Classic Oak. The new Strada kitchen is finished in a matte grey laquer with plain white quartz work surfaces.  A number of the newly installed steel beams have been left exposed and finished with Thermaguard fire retardant paints with a finish coat colour matched to the kitchen cabinets.

Family Bathroom White Cottage

The owners commissioned Inscope to carry out a complete renovation of the 7 bedroom, 3 reception room property.  The brief called for 3 new bathrooms to be created, the attic to be developed into a TV room and guest bedroom.  

A new boiler, central heating, high pressure hot water cylinder were installed with a wet underfloor heating system to the ground floor.  

Floor finishes included engineered oak flooring to ground floor, carpeting to stairs, landings and bedrooms and Porcelain floors in the bathrooms.

Bathroom  and dining room renovation

Kitchen and dining room renovation in Bromley

Our Client was keen to change the way the rear ground floor area of their Victorian house was laid out. It had a dark kitchen to the rear with a dining room that was essentially a corridor between the front  room and kitchen. The project has been completed and now provides a well appointed modern kitchen repositioned into the original rear reception room and the original kitchen has been altered to allow for new folding sliding patio doors to be instaled on 2 sides of the room which has delivered a fantastic, bright dining and family room overlooking the garden. The new kitchen with handleless finger pull doors and drawers is finished in a matte stone grey with light grey Corian worktops and set off with a vibrant yellow glass splash back to the hob. The floor is Karndean grey planked oak vinyl, walls and ceilings are finished in white matte. Apollo Magenta vertical radiators in anthracite to match the new patio doors completes the interior



Kitchen renovation

Kitchen redesign and refurbishment including new electrical, plumbing and heating.  Existing kitchen stripped out, new windows and doors supplied and installed.  Internal floor levelled and finished with Karndean Knight Tile oak finish tiles.  New Tuscany Shaker style kitchen cabinets finished in Mussell with Corian Designer white work tops, upstands and splashback

Re-modeled kitchen Croydon

The original kitchen was enlarged by removing the wall between the kitchen and rear reception and dividing the through lounge.  A new structural beam and column were installed, new timber stud partitions and doors provided the separation.  Existing sliding patio doors were removed, new brick walls constructed to allow for the French doors and side lights.

The kitchen is a solid warm oak shaker style with a black quartz style Corian work surface and coved upstand.  Franke unde rmount stainless steel sink

Croydon Surrey

London - Bathroom

Two new bathrooms have been designed and fitted within this Edwardian family house to replace the original bathrooms which have been stripped out and turned into a double bedroom.  A complete new plumbing system has been installed including Megaflow high pressure hot water cylinder.   Finishes include porcelain floor and wall tiles complemented with a mid grey wall colour and black cabinetry.

Bathroom Beckenham

Redesign and refurbishment of existing family bathroom.  Strip out hot and cold water tanks, replace with new indirect, pressurised hot water cylinder.

Edwardian house

Design, plan, supply and install new kitchen.  Works included taking the room back to a complete shell condition. The original Edwardian structural timbers were treated for woodworm, acoustic insulation installed within the ceiling void, wall to the garden lined with thermal insulation. Radiator and position changed.  

The original internal hinged door was converted to a sliding pocket door to save space and improve access. 

All the original boiler pipework was exposed and interfered with the work surfaces, this has all been reconfigured and concealed to allow unhindered, clean lines around the work top area, 

The room is long and narrow and the new wood plank flooring has been laid diagonally to visually widen the room.

Walls are painted in a two tone yellow which contrasts with the grey cabinetry, white worksurfaces and woodwork.

The Strada handleless cabinets are finished in matte dust grey and finished with a white quartz work surface and upstand

New celing, display and undercabinet and plinth lighting complete this bright, very functional and revived room.

Bathroom and kitchen remodelling

Loft conversion

Stripped out the original attic area and demolished a six flue chimney stack to create a single large room.  Constructed two new gable dormer windows, two Juliette balconies, two velux windows and formed a new door opening with sidelights.

The works included replacing the existing Welsh slate roof with new Spanish slate, insulating the roof to current building regulations.  Internally the loft floor void was filled with Thermacell (thermal/acoustic) insulation.

The Juliette balconies are fitted with aluminium French doors and 10mm clear glass balustrades giving unrestricted views across the surrounding landscape.

The entrance has an FD30 door with matching FD 30 sidelights.

The en-suite provides a walk-in shower with an Aqualisa Quartz digital divert shower fitment with a drencher and handset facility.  Fitted furniture and sanitaryware from Roper Rhodes.  The walls have been colour matched to the custom printed flooring and wallpaper.
