We employed Peter and his team for a bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen dinner redesign and have been delighted with the results. Peter spent a lot of time with us on the scope prior to commencing the build and suggested alternative layouts to maximise the use of the space, all of which we gladly incorporated into the final works. One of the aspects that we greatly appreciated from Peter was the detailed cost breakdowns that he provided for all works, including provisional items for consideration, which allowed us to remain on budget throughout the build and have a high confidence in our outturn costs. The teams on site were excellent and we couldn't recommend them higher. During these difficult times where we were working from home on top of homeschooling they were discreet, punctual, consultative, friendly, tidy and worked around our arrangements whenever they could. This Father & Son team, plus appointed professionals in their own expert field, produced a faultless end result. Peter organises and orders all the products and Tom (son) is a complete perfectionist in all his work. Meticulous to say the least, Tom has to complete everything to the highest standard. A great experience watching the complete transformation of a 2nd floor 3-bed flat which had not been updated for over 50 years. From initial consultations, through design, scoping, project management and installation, Peter and the Inscope team have been fantastic. I initially engaged Inscope to design and install two neighbouring bathrooms (family bathroom and en-suite) which included demolishing and re-building the partition stud wall between the two rooms in order to re-configure them. This also involved removing the existing airing cupboard and hot water cylinder contained therein, to replace with a new high pressure hot water cylinder located in the loft. I then subsequently extended the scope of works to include making good and decoration of three bedrooms following electrical re-wiring of said rooms. Peter's experience, expertise and attention to detail are evident as he helps to shape your ideas into design plans and his detailed estimates allow you to understand how the project has been priced. He gave me a detailled itemised quote after our 1st meeting for a 6-8 week kitchen prpject, including: removing a chimney breast, widening patio doors, knocking down kitchen/dining rom supporting wall, removing door frames, levelling floors, installing an unstairs WC, a while new kitchen, units and electrics. He kept me informed at each step of the process & listened to my requirememts as a client providing advice when requested. i can truly say that this was a stress free build.
